The following documents the privacy policy of Network Group (‘the Company’), for “wrightsoffice.co.uk” (‘the Website’), to assure the person accessing information and/or purchasing via the Website (‘the Customer’) of our commitment to privacy.

Collection and Use
Information collected on the Website shall be required from the Customer in order to access specific information and/or to purchase products/goods available from the Website.

Where information is required:
- The information required by the Customer to access additional functionality and special features may be of a personal nature, such as: Name, Company Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number etc.

- Information is given voluntarily by the Customer and the Customer has the right to choose not to enter such information. In such case, then access to additional functionality and special features of the Website shall not be available.

Information may be collected via the use of cookies, which are used to remember the Customer when they revisit the Website, and log the Customer’s activity patterns on the Website.

Disclosure
The Company shall disclose information as required to by law or as requested by courts or other similar legal bodies.

Information already in the public domain shall not be party to this privacy policy.

In all other cases information may only be disclosed if agreed to in writing by the Customer.

If the Customer’s use of the Website is unlawful or damaging to others, the Company reserves the right to disclose the information as is reasonably required to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.

On request by the Customer, details shall be made available of the information held by the Company. The company reserves the right to charge a small fee for copies provided to the Customer.

Security
Except for events outside the Company’s reasonable control, the Company shall use it’s reasonable endeavours to protect the Customer’s information.

Any information supplied by the Customer to the Company shall be encoded using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology before being sent through the internet. The information shall also be maintained and encrypted within a secured database separate from the Website and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
